Suited for short- and mid-range engagements, the LAR (Light Assault Rifle) version of the modular StA-52 platform combines a full-auto rifle with a single-shot shotgun attachment and a holographic aiming reticule.
The StA-52 was previously licensed by Merr-Sonn Munitions and sold as the BC10 Blaster Carbine, with a light blaster assembly replacing the standard projectile firing mechanism. It was not a popular rifle, though a very effective one, and is used by our ARC troopers as a primary weapon. |
